ProgramsAir Care Family MembershipThe Guardian Flight Air Care Family Membership covers an entire family for one full year, and ensures no balance-billing for any ground or air medevac service for all people listed on the membership agreement. The membership program is applicable to all residents of Alaska, regardless of pre-existing conditions or current insurance status. You will receive a membership card 2-4 weeks after submitting your application; however you can use your confirmation email as proof of membership in the interim. Air Care Travel MembershipThe Guardian Flight Air Care Travel Membership covers one person for three weeks. The membership can be purchased three years in advance and can be redeemed simply by contacting Guardian Flight Air Care no later than 24 hours before your trip. The traveler member will receive air and ground medevac service with no balance-bill. The Membership is applicable to all travelers in Alaska regardless of pre-existing conditions or current insurance status. You will receive a confirmation email (fax, mailing) with your applicable information that you should bring along with you on your trip. In the event that hospitalization is required in excess of five concurrent days and the member is medically able to be air medevaced, but not fit to travel commercially home or continue on his/her trip. Guardian flight will repatriate the Guardian Flight Air Care member to the hospital of the member’s choice nearest to the member’s home.
